FHSR is thrilled to be featured in a story on WGN, showcasing our Music to My Ears MTME – School Based Music Program and incredible partnerships with Merit School of Music and Child’s Voice.

Join FHSR Executive Director Kristen Van Dyke, Sally Blandon from Merit School and Wendy Deters from Childs Voice as they take you inside the Childs Voice classroom on an amazing journey where learning and play for deaf and hard of hearing children are intertwined.
These children are given the opportunity to grow in areas ranging from understanding the dynamics of music to honing verbal and gross motor skills.

MarCom Awards is an international creative competition that recognizes outstanding achievement by marketing and communication professionals. MarCom Awards is administered and judged by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals. Judges are industry professionals who look for companies and individuals whose talents exceed a high standard of excellence and whose work serves as a benchmark for the industry. There were over 6,000 entries from 41 countries in the MarCom Awards 2021 competition.
